Q: I currently use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, why would I want to switch to an after-market parts (AMP) specialist?

A: Three main reasons: cost effectiveness, delivery times, and customer service. Because we are an “AMP” specialist, we are able to offer you the same high quality products but you don't have to pay for the OEM name. Our parts are guaranteed to meet your expectations at a justifiable price.

Lower price does not mean lower quality. Our parts are individually inspected to ensure maximum operating efficiency. After initial orders, all items will be stocked free of charge. To you, this means same day shipping of your parts. To ensure excellent customer service, we have on-site technicians, machinists, and engineers to ensure that all of your questions relating to operations, installation, and applications are answered.

Q: Are your spare parts interchangeable with those of the OEM?

A: All of our parts are interchangeable with OEM parts. Our parts are 100 per cent interchangeable with OEM parts for pumps currently on the market. Plus, we are introducing new and improved parts or components which give superior performance compared to OEM parts. Many of our superior parts have been incorporated into a new pump - the ICS Keto pump. The ICS Keto Pump subsystems will fit into the original pump. However, you will not be able to replace ICS Keto Pump parts with OEM parts.

You are also able to order the superior components of the ICS Keto Pump to enhance the performance of your existing equipment. Examples of these new improved components include our new service arms, bearings assemblies, and mechanical seals. Please inquire for more details.

Q: What are the benefits of switching from the OEM to your after-market pumps and parts?

A: We've put 18 months of developmental research and design advancements into giving you one huge advantage: CONVENIENCE! We ensure that your pumps and parts are readily available for delivery. You will be able to reach one of our pump technicians 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you require on-site assessment of critical applications, we can be there within 48 hours.

Our ICS Keto Slurry Pump and its components is the next generation of pump development. The design of the OEM pump currently on the market has not kept pace with changes in the mining industry. Although mining applications and operations have changed significantly, OEM pumps have remained the same.

The ICS Keto Slurry Pump was designed and manufactured to keep pace with changes in the industry. Our team has continued to improve our pump to address all of your concerns. In addition to a new pump, we are now offering you improved components to upgrade your existing equipment: service arms, new bearing assemblies, new impeller gap flushing, new mechanical seal holder, new EZ mechanical seal systems, new high efficiency impellers, new pump base, and new poly urethane pumps (and Slurry Pump parts in general). Q: I really do not want to replace my pumps. Can you re-build or service them?

A: We offer you two ways to take advantage of ICS Wear Group's advancements in pump technology. You can use our components to repair or rebuild your existing pumps, in whole or in part. Our new ICS Keto Slurry Pump fits within the footprint of your current OEM pump, so you do not need to reconfigure your system to get improved performance. Or you can choose to upgrade some of the components of your existing pump, using ICS Wear Group's superior technology to give you better performance. All of our components fit into current OEM pumps.

To reduce down time due to re-building or servicing, we have parts and/or pumps stocked in our warehouse. To upgrade your pumps, you can choose from two options:

• On-site trouble shooting and repairs; or
• Shipping the pump to our ICS yard, where our team of technicians headed by Mr. Richard Sikich will assess the repairs and provide you with cost-effective solutions.

All of this done in a timely manner to minimize your unscheduled downtime.

Q: I expect to need parts at a later date. Will you stock them without a purchase order so they are readily available for me?

A: We offer all of our current customers the luxury of having any and all items stocked free of charge.

Q: Will you customize parts to match the specific challenges of our mine site?

A: Definitely. We understand that each individual mine site experiences stresses unique to that site. We can appreciate that there may always be a more effective way to reach your goals than what is offered by your original equipment manufacturer, so we offer customized solutions.

In order to create a custom solution for you, we ask you to send us:

• either a sample and/or drawing;
• a detailed description of the current application; and
• an outline of what you are trying to achieve.

Once we receive this information, our team of metallurgists, engineers, and tribologists will address your goals and work towards achieving them. We will address the critical points, make recommendations based on the challenges of your application - whether abrasion, corrosion, or impact or a combination of all three - and determine the alloy, chemical composition, hardness, and machining tolerances which will resolve your problem.

In the event that a pattern is required, we will first check our pattern templates before constructing a new pattern, so you are not charged for unnecessary work. If a new pattern is required, we will construct it. This new pattern then becomes your property upon completion of the job.

With each pattern, you will receive a drawing of your new part. Once you have approved the pattern and drawing, we will proceed with final design, manufacturing, and machining.

Q: What about shipping costs?

A: We carry accounts with more than forty shipping companies in order to give you the most timely and cost-effective shipping. With every order, we research all the shipping options to pick the best one for delivery to your location.

We offer to complete all customs forms. For current customers we offer the additional convenience of ICS Wear Group pre-paying import taxes and back-charging at time of invoicing. Our shipping and customs experts are available to work with you to assure a trouble free purchase and delivery experience.

Q: Do you offer preferred pricing or quantity discounts?

A: We offer pricing discounts when ordering pumps. These discounts are offered when units of 3, 5, or 10 pumps are ordered. If you order replacement parts for the pumps you order, you will also receive an additional 5 per cent off the entire invoiced amount. We also offer the following discounts for quantity orders:

• A three per cent discount for an order of three pumps
• A five per cent discount for an order of five pumps
• A seven per cent discount plus half the shipping costs for an order of 10 or more pumps.

Whether you are repairing your pumps, purchasing new pumps, inserting new components or operating your pumps, our main goal is to give you ease of use and reduced downtime at cost effective pricing.

Q: Do you have a guarantee on your pumps and your parts?

A: Yes, we do offer a 100 per cent guarantee on all our products: pumps and parts. If a part does not meet your expectations, we will replace the part free of charge. For pumps, we address your concerns by reviewing any reported issues and suggesting or providing solutions. If required, we will view the pump's operation on-site to assess the issues. We provide you with a guaranteed solution, whether that is replacing the pump and/or servicing the pump.
